I finally asked a nice manager who told me it’s the cows next door being moved & that’s the smell they have nightly. I started to think we were being pranked. I asked staff only for them to tell me I don’t smell anything. The cafe staff were rude and unfriendly and around 9pm a smell in the casino made us think there was a sewer problem and it was nauseating and completely unbearable. Some kind of “eco friendly” nonsense and you couldn’t put it past 76 degrees even if you wanted to so sleeping was hot and miserable. The waitress was nice enough but it was a terrible start to our stay. They told us our friends should sit somewhere else and that was that.

I understand in a packed house you might not want to put another umbrella over with a group but after politely asking the pool guy and trying to reason with him the manager came over to tell us the exact same completely moronic story that they can’t let us have two umbrellas to cover 4 chairs when there was no one around. We were meeting another couple so being that it was 112 we wanted shade for everyone. The pool area was dead on a Thursday with over 50 empty umbrellas.
